Why We Cost More
A cheaper quote usually means one artist, one chair, and everyone running ninety minutes behind schedule. Here is what your investment actually covers.
We size the team to the room so the last person out of the chair is never the one holding up the day.
Start times per person, built backward from your first look or first camera call, and shared with everyone who needs it.
Seventy-plus artists we have personally worked with — not a last-minute substitute pulled from a group chat the week before your event.
The paperwork venues and producers require, handled before you have to ask for it.
For Artists
We are building the roster nationwide — Tampa Bay, Chicago, Los Angeles, and beyond. If you are a makeup artist or hair stylist done chasing leads, negotiating your own rate, and waiting to get paid, this is the other side of that.
We handle the sales, the quoting, and the client management. You show up and do the work you are actually good at.
We charge more than everyone else deliberately. Our artists are paid accordingly.
You receive a timeline, a scope, and a signed agreement before the day. No surprises on site.
The range of work it would take years to build independently. Bring your portfolio and your reliability.

We serve 22+ U.S. markets including Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Nashville, and Atlanta. We also travel for destination weddings and multi-city productions. If your city is not on the list, contact us — we can almost always place a vetted local artist or travel a lead from our core markets.
Weddings and bridal parties, quinceañeras, galas and special events, film and TV productions, commercial and editorial shoots, brand activations and experiential glam bars, corporate conferences and headshot days, speaker and public figure prep, and touring talent. Each is quoted and staffed differently because each one is a genuinely different job.
Every artist on our roster has been personally vetted and worked with directly before appearing on a client call sheet. We do not recruit from Facebook groups or last-minute referrals. You receive a signed contract, a confirmed call time, and a named artist before the day — and we carry backup protocols for every large event.
Our clients include CBS, Nickelodeon, WGN, Windy City Live, Judy Justice, Women's Health, American Girl, Radio Flyer, Budweiser, Lollapalooza, AmeriLife, Vera Wang, Disney, Sephora, ESPN, CoverGirl, NASCAR, Netflix, Amazon, NBC, Nike, L'Oréal, Walmart, and LinkedIn. Additional Fortune 500 work is covered by confidentiality and can be discussed directly.
Yes. We are fully contracted and insured. COIs are provided on request, typically within 24 hours. We also handle W-9 forms and any vendor onboarding paperwork your venue or production company requires.
For weddings, 6 to 12 months in advance is ideal, especially for peak season dates in Tampa Bay and Chicago. For productions and corporate events, 4 to 6 weeks is standard. We do accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows — contact us with your date and we will confirm within one business day.
